Job Description:

We are partnering with a well‑established organization seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to support their credit and collections function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving account issues, partnering with internal teams, and managing a high‑volume B2B collections portfolio. The position will work closely with customers to resolve past‑due balances, review orders on credit hold, and ensure timely payment processing.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances and resolve account discrepancies

Review and act on orders placed on credit hold

Research and resolve disputed invoices

Provide customers with documentation related to invoices, statements, and payments

Partner with internal teams to address delinquency issues and support collection efforts

Utilize ERP or collections software to manage account information and workflow

Qualifications

Minimum

3+ years

of credit and collections experience in a business‑to‑business environment

Experience using ERP systems (GetPaid, JDE, Infor, M3, or similar)

Strong ability to assess credit risk and manage moderately complex account situations

Excellent communication, follow‑up, and customer service skills

High attention to detail and comfort working with cross‑functional teams
