Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a B2B Sales Representative - Power Systems located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, managing client relationships, and generating sales for the company's portfolio of marine-grade electronics and power system solutions. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, presenting product solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service. Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or related fields, preferably in the marine, RV, or electronics industries Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and deliver value-added proposals Proficiency in sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques Ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, with excellent customer service skills Technical knowledge of power systems, electronics, or renewable energy solutions is a plus Effective problem‑solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to work on‑site in Fort Lauderdale, FL Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred Compensation
Base salary + commission Target earnings: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
