We’re looking for a warm, outgoing Sales Stylist & Community Outreach Coordinator to join our boutique team! This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives on building genuine relationships, and enjoys being active in the local community. What You’ll Do In-Store
Style and assist clients during their in-store shopping experience Build authentic relationships with clients and provide elevated customer service Offer personalized outfit recommendations and styling support Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Support daily store operations and sales goals Community Outreach Responsibilities
Work with local schools, organizations, and community groups Coordinate and schedule in-store fundraising events Build and maintain relationships within the local community What We’re Looking For
Someone who truly loves connecting with people and building relationships Passion for women’s fashion and styling Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Already immersed in or connected to the local community is a big plus Retail or community outreach experience preferred, but not required Schedule & Pay
2-3 days per week Includes 1 weekend day Starting pay: $20/hour + bonus program Employee discounts and growth opportunities Start date: ASAP.
