What You’ll Do:
As an
Outside Sales Representative , you’ll represent our trusted brand and guide customers through selecting the perfect window and door solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-home consultations and delivering compelling product presentations Listening to customer needs and recommending tailored solutions Staying up to date on product features, pricing, and updates Building trust and long-term relationships with customers Managing your sales pipeline using CRM tools Negotiating pricing and contract terms to close deals Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales activity
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who brings:
2+ years of outside or in-home sales experience with a strong closing record A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service Self-motivation and a goal-oriented attitude The ability to lift to 50 lbs
Compensation:
$150,000+ annually 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential
