Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Irvine, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will identify and engage potential customers through lead generation efforts, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. This role includes proactively managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals while delivering a superior customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Inside Sales, with proven experience in executing sales processes and closing deals
Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities through Lead Generation
Excellent skills in building and maintaining Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Experienced in Account Management and relationship-building with both new and existing clients
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in the automotive or film industry is a plus
