Barbara Beni , the widely loved \"Mayor of Trastevere\". We are looking for a creative partner to build a world-class digital presence that combines the elegance of the La Dolce Vita era with modern digital storytelling.
The Role We are seeking a
Creative Digital Producer
(Individual or Boutique Agency) to be the architect of Barbara’s digital salon. You will be the bridge between Barbara’s kitchen and our global audience, serving as both her digital coach and her technical manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Launch:
Build and manage the official Instagram page and the initial e-commerce framework at
BBsRomeKitchen.com .
Content Production:
Edit and post 1–2 minute high-quality clips using raw assets, ensuring music, design, and tone are perfectly aligned with the brand.
The Approval Loop:
Set up a mobile-friendly \"Staging Server\" (e.g., Planable) for Barbara to approve all content before it goes live.
Advertising & Analytics:
Manage all
programmatic advertising
on Instagram. (Note: The Co-Founder will handle direct brand partnerships/custom ads; your role is the technical execution of social-driven ads).
Coaching:
Teach Barbara best practices for capturing content while traveling and guide her through community engagement and analytics.
The Selection Process (PAID) We respect the professional creative process. Our selection is designed as a paid consultation:
The Pitch:
Selected candidates will interview with the Founders to pitch their vision for the brand.
The Creative Challenge:
You will be provided with raw assets for 20 potential posts. You will edit them and present them to Barbara, explaining your creative strategy and why your decisions serve the business goals.
Compensation:
Candidates will be paid a flat fee for the \"Creative Challenge\" phase.
The Chemistry Clause At BBsRomeKitchen, our brand is built on authentic Roman warmth. While technical mastery is essential, the final selection will be heavily weighted on the personal rapport and \"chemistry\" established with our Co-Founder, Barbara. We need a partner who respects the traditions of Trastevere and makes Barbara feel energized, not overwhelmed, by the creative process.
Qualifications
Fully Bilingual:
Native or near-native fluency in both
Italian and English
is mandatory.
Technical Mastery:
Expert in mobile-first video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and Instagram ad management.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to translate digital metrics into simple, actionable insights for a non-technical founder.
Cultural Fit:
Deep appreciation for Italian culinary heritage and the \"Dolce Vita\" aesthetic.
