We’re looking for a
Marketing Communications Specialist
who is a strong storyteller and comfortable supporting social media day-to-day. This role is focused on
writing, storytelling, and social media support
across multiple client projects. You’ll work closely with the Director of Communications & Marketing and support communications and social media efforts from idea to execution. This is an
entry-level position
for someone who wants to learn quickly, be hands-on, and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment. Strong writing skills and creativity are essential. What You’ll DoCopywriting & Storytelling
Email newsletters Think creatively about how stories come to life on social media , including how to frame messages, hooks, and angles that feel natural to each platform Help shape and maintain brand voice across different clients Support bilingual storytelling through
Spanish transcreation
(not direct translation) Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, tone, and consistency Support campaign and brand messaging Social Media Support
Support social media content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Write captions and story-driven content that connects with real people May help schedule, post, and manage content Assist with organizing content calendars Track basic engagement and performance to understand what’s working Collaborate with designers to help guide the story behind the visuals Communications & Marketing Support
Support communications efforts across campaigns and initiatives Assist with drafting, revising, and organizing content Help with research, brainstorming, and creative development What We’re Looking For
Strong writing and storytelling skills Interest in marketing, communications, and social media Comfortable writing for different platforms and audiences Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Open to feedback and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Spanish (written and conversational) Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field preferred Writing samples from school, internships, or early professional work are welcome Experience with social media posting or content creation is a plus Prior agency experience is not required About Novle
