Please note: We will require the ideal candidate to be Georgia-based and close to our headquarters in Doraville, GA. This position will be office hybrid 2-3 days a week.
How You'll Do It: Support the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth for the accessories business, including delivering against P&L targets, market share growth, and brand health metrics.
Help to lead accessory product initiatives and go-to-market execution by partnering with cross-functional teams including R&D, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, PMO, and Consumer Insights.
Assist in developing insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, and innovation plans to support long-term category growth.
Help to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and growth strategies.
Participate and drive data analysis and reporting to generate insights and recommendations related to promotions, pricing, products, and other key initiatives.
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, partnering with creative teams on launch materials and retail marketing assets (e.g., in-store displays, digital product pages).
Monitor brand and category performance against business objectives and recommend adjustments to improve results and margins.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development, commercialization, and ongoing brand initiatives.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or project management; experience in food or consumer goods is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen, with the ability to use data to drive insights and recommendations.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business and brand objectives.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
