Join the Ram Brand team and help shape the future of brand and product marketing. As a Ram Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and launch of marketing plans within the Ram portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of marketing and brand strategy while working closely with experienced team members across Marketing, Advertising, Media, Sales, Finance, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing teams by gathering and summarizing competitive data and customer insights
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal reviews and cross-functional meetings
Help coordinate cross‑functional activities related to marketing, experiential, media, advertising and social media
Contribute to the development of marketing plans and ensure alignment among internal stakeholders
Track project milestones and deliverables during the launch phase and assist in maintaining communication with the launch team
Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing KPIs and targets are met
You will assist in analyzing trends, understanding customer needs, and supporting the creation of holistic marketing and go‑to‑market strategies. This position is ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry and eager to grow into a marketing leadership role.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
Passion for the automotive market and Ram brand
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, PR or related roles
Experience working in cross‑functional teams
A strong appreciation for Ram trucks and automotive category
