As a Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) Sales Manager, you will help translate Westinghouse’s right-to-win into strong penetration in Westinghouse OEM plants. Additionally, you will develop unique value-add offerings to expand into non-OEM markets.

This position will be a Remote opportunity that can be performed from anywhere in the United States, however periodic travel (up to 40%) will be required.

Your Day to Day:

Drive year over year US Utilities nuclear equipment and solutions for WPB.

Responsible for a specific territory of customers while attaining financial objectives

Ensure synergetic interfaces with Global Markets and Americas OPx BU customer-facing teams

Use lean commercial processes, improve pipeline visibility and develop new channels to market / new business models to achieve growth objectives

Ensure seamless coordination with the global Inside Sales Team to ensure prompt issuance of offers that meet the customer’s requirements, drive closure of the sale and track fulfilment of the order

Manage/Sell Westinghouse Parts scope in bundled offers by Americas OPx BU

Provide VOC as input to market-driven product strategy, product lifecycle management and pricing models

Support introduction of new parts offerings to market

Who You Are:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technically related discipline.

5+ years of Direct customer interface and engagement (typically acquired through progressively more responsible positions)

Experience in nuclear plant operation or sales

Experience in selling equipment and hardware solutions to Nuclear Power Plants

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $124,695.00 to $138,550.00 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
