Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Capital Markets / Trade Operations department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Support the end-to-end processing, settlement, and reconciliation of trades across multiple asset classes. Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirm trade details with counterparties, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Monitor trade life cycles, ensuring timely confirmation and resolution of exceptions. Collaborate with trading, risk, finance, and compliance teams to deliver seamless operational support. What's Needed?
Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Prior experience in Financial Services, specifically within OTC Emerging Markets and Rates Derivatives. Knowledge of trade operations, middle office, or settlements (buy-side or sell-side). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trade systems such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, or Aladdin. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's in it for me?
