The Production Coordinator provides clerical support for daily manufacturing operations by accurately entering, tracking, and monitoring material movements and finished goods transactions using the company's ERP system. The Production Coordinator ensures proper documentation and maintains accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
Key Responsibilities
Enter purchase order receipts and material transactions into the ERP system, NetSuite
Process container transfers and material movements between locations
Key shipping documentation and maintain accurate shipment records
Update inventory records for material receipts, transfers, and adjustments
Monitor daily material movements and shipment activities
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports
Track outstanding receipts and coordinate with the accounting department
Review and process variance reports for materials and finished goods
Coordinate with various departments on material and shipping inquiries
Assist accounting with receipt reconciliation and variance resolution
Support warehouse operations with clerical needs and data verification
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-2 years of clerical experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes
Basic understanding of inventory management concepts and systems
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); NetSuite preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
