They serve more than 800 venture-backed companies across the U.S. through a technology-enabled service model that blends proprietary systems with a team of experienced licensed professionals.

The company has raised $7.5M in funding, remains capital-efficient, and has more than doubled revenue in the past six months. With a 17-person U.S. team and a small but rapidly scaling go-to-market function, they are building for long-term durability in what they believe are the early innings of a category-defining company.

The Opportunity Our partner is hiring two Founding SDRs to join their growing sales team. This is a high-impact opportunity to join as one of the earliest members of the outbound motion—SDR #3 on a team expected to scale significantly over the next 12–18 months.

You will help build and refine outbound strategy, messaging, and pipeline generation in partnership with sales leadership. As the organization expands, strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into broader roles across sales, growth, marketing, or partnerships based on business needs and individual strengths.

The team combines startup speed with professional rigor. You’ll be working alongside leaders with experience from high-growth technology companies and established financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns primarily through email and written outreach

Research and identify high-fit venture-backed prospects

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members

Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity

Contribute to refining messaging, targeting strategy, and outbound processes

Collaborate closely with leadership to shape a scalable sales foundation

Requirements

Strong interest in sales and professional growth

Familiarity with startups or the venture-backed ecosystem

Excellent written communication skills

High level of accountability and ownership

Strong attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Prior experience in a venture-backed company or high-growth organization is a plus but not required

Open to recent graduates and early-career professionals

Additional Details

Remote-first environment; potential Miami office as the team grows

Limited travel (team offsites and occasional events)
