Auxiliary Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Purchasing Agent
to support purchasing and administrative operations across the department. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Culinary Operations, the Purchasing Agent plays a key role in coordinating purchasing activities, managing accounts payable functions, and assisting internal departments and vendor partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities Support purchasing and accounts payable functions, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, maintain accurate records in inventory and financial systems, and provide professional administrative and customer service support.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree and work experience in purchasing, accounts payable, and clerical
High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Equivalent Military Service and experience in purchasing, accounts payable, and clerical
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Excel
Preferred
Working knowledge of inventory management systems - such as CBORD Net Menu Systems
