Full-Time | Commission-Based | $60,000 – $80,000+ Per Year Primary Purpose: We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Flooring Sales Consultant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, guiding them through important home improvement decisions, and earning income based on performance.

In this role, you will work inside our showroom helping customers select the right flooring for their homes, review project quotes, and guide them through the decision process.

As a Flooring Sales Consultant, you will be responsible to grow sales and profit.

Previous flooring experience is helpful but not required. We will provide training on flooring products and our sales process.

Commission-based income typically $60,000 – $80,000+ per year

Minimum guaranteed income of $40,000

The Job:

Work inside our showroom assisting customers with flooring selections

Become knowledgeable about hardwood, carpet, laminate, and luxury vinyl flooring products

Review project quotes with customers and guide them through their purchasing decision

Close sales in person, by phone, or through follow-up communication

Communicate customer expectations clearly to our operations team

Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction

Collect final payments and request customer reviews

Maintain a clean and organized showroom workspace

Participate in occasional marketing events or showroom promotions

Follow company systems and processes to ensure projects run smoothly

Engage in on-going training/educational requirements

Any miscellaneous tasks given by manager

Qualifications:

Flooring or home improvement experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

Reliable and detail-oriented

Must pass background check and drug screening

Valid driver’s license required
