The Opportunity We’re seeking a Strategic Account Executive who is energized by building relationships and helping customers solve complex logistics challenges. This role is ideal for someone who has experience selling transportation solutions but wants to be part of something more collaborative, strategic, and relationship‑driven than traditional freight sales.

You’ll work with mid‑market and enterprise shippers to design tailored transportation solutions leveraging MaDex’s unique fleet consultation model and trusted carrier network.

This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Chattanooga area, where local relationships and collaboration matter.

What You’ll Do

Develop and grow relationships with mid‑market and enterprise supply chain leaders

Help customers solve complex freight challenges through creative logistics solutions

Leverage MaDex’s network of 9,000+ trucks across van, flatbed, temperature‑controlled, and LTL capacity

Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute tailored transportation strategies

Represent MaDex’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and partnership

Contribute to the continued growth of a company with two decades of industry credibility and momentum

Who You Are You’re someone who loves building relationships and earning trust, gets excited about solving problems others can’t, and thrives in environments where you can take ownership and help build something special.

Preferred experience includes truckload or brokerage sales, asset‑based transportation sales, private fleet or dedicated transportation solutions, or enterprise/mid‑market logistics sales.
