Position Summary We are seeking a highly creative Social Media Content Creator - Videographer to produce visually compelling, short-form video content designed for TikTok and Instagram Reels. This role specializes in capturing stylistic, trend-driven content that feels native to social platforms while maintaining a high production standard. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a technical creator — comfortable shooting with professional camera equipment and editing polished, platform-ready content using professional editing software. This position will work closely with our creative, social, and editorial teams to concept, shoot, and edit video content that drives engagement, builds brand presence, and supports client campaigns. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other emerging social platforms Capture high-quality footage using professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups Produce stylistic, visually engaging content that aligns with platform trends and brand aesthetics Execute quick-turn content for social channels while maintaining strong visual quality Editing & Post-Production Edit video content using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar) Add music, motion graphics, captions, and platform-specific formatting for social distribution Optimize videos for vertical formats (9:16) and platform performance Manage media files, project organization, and post-production workflows Creative Development Identify emerging social media trends and translate them into brand-relevant content concepts Collaborate with the social and creative teams on content ideas, shot lists, and production planning Contribute to ongoing series concepts, episodic content, and campaign storytelling On-Site Content Capture Film content during shoots, events, influencer activations, and in-studio productions Capture both planned and spontaneous behind-the-scenes moments for social storytelling Work efficiently in fast-paced production environments Qualifications 2+ years experience creating social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms Strong proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.) Advanced editing skills using professional software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar) Deep understanding of social media trends, pacing, and storytelling formats Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual style Ability to execute both highly produced and quick-turn content Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment Preferred Skills Experience creating content in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or creator space Basic motion graphics and text animation skills Familiarity with color grading and sound editing Experience working with influencers or talent on camera Key Attributes Highly creative with a strong aesthetic point of view Social-native mindset — understands what performs on TikTok and Instagram Detail-oriented with strong production discipline Adaptable and able to move quickly from concept to execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
