Pay Rate: $ 30.50 / hour
Position Overview This role supports a variety of recruiting activities across
Early Careers and Functional Recruiting . The position combines sourcing, candidate outreach, coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable handling administrative tasks, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, preparing for recruiting events, and communicating with candidates.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
Support proactive sourcing efforts to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and communication.
Share high-level information about company roles and opportunities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems.
Attend and support off-site career fair events.
Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and managing candidate logistics.
Prepare recruiting materials and help manage candidate flow during the hiring process.
Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Support recruiting efforts across Early Careers, Field, and Functional teams.
Help ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Administrative & Operational Support
Prepare, pack, and ship materials for career fairs and recruiting events.
Manage and track recruiting marketing materials and promotional items.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and updates within recruiting systems.
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
Build strong working relationships across the recruiting organization.
Support recruiting initiatives and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, early careers recruiting, or related roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Comfortable supporting both operational and candidate-facing tasks.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools preferred.
