Role Description The Leasing Consultant role at BH is a full-time, on-site position located in Sandy Springs, GA. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting with property leasing activities, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing lease applications, maintaining positive relationships with residents to improve retention, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires effective communication skills and attention to detail, contributing to smooth lease administration and overall community satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in leases and lease administration.
Strong customer service and resident retention skills.
Excellent communication abilities to engage professionally with prospective and current residents.
Ability to effectively manage administrative tasks related to leasing.
Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with leasing software are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in property management or related fields is a plus.
