Role Description We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to resident retention efforts. You will handle lease‑related tasks, including lease administration and renewals, as well as provide tours and information about the property to prospective residents. Your role will also involve fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service with a focus on building relationships and ensuring resident satisfaction
Experience in Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing, executing, and managing lease agreements
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with residents, prospects, and team members
Proficiency in multi‑tasking and managing a fast‑paced work environment
Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Proficiency in relevant software and leasing management systems is an advantage
