Commercial Lines Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and family-oriented agency. This role is integral to the team, focusing on client retention, customer service, and managing small business commercial accounts. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (up to $70,000-$75,000 for exceptional candidates) + bonus opportunities

Work Environment: Fully onsite with potential for hybrid flexibility after training
Responsibilities
Manage and retain a book of small business commercial accounts (BOPs, GL, WC, Commercial Auto) with premiums under $25,000.
Handle daily customer service tasks, including endorsements, adding vehicles, and assisting walk-in clients.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.
Utilize agency management software and rating tools to manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Strong preference for candidates with Erie Insurance experience.
Familiarity with Applied Epic or TAM software is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Proven track record of tenure and reliability.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
