Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role primarily handles personal lines with some commercial lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance account management, with experience in personal lines and a willingness to learn and grow in commercial lines. You will play a key role in servicing clients, managing policies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Compensation Package:

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)

Benefits: Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Work Environment: Fully onsite position

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business consisting of 600+ policies with $1.38M in premium

Handle a mix of personal lines (home, auto) and small commercial packages (BOPs, general liability)

Provide exceptional customer service, including processing endorsements, change requests, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Run reports and maintain accurate records in Applied TAM software

Assist walk-in clients and address their insurance needs

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions and effective client management

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required

Experience:

Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in insurance account management

Preferred: 3-5 years of experience, with exposure to both personal and commercial lines

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied TAM software is preferred

Soft Skills:

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Team player with a collaborative mindset
