Overview Assembly HOA is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Community Association Manager to oversee multiple homeowner associations. In this strategic role, you will drive operational excellence, foster strong community relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service using Assembly’s advanced management platform.

Key Responsibilities Community Operations & Management

Oversee daily operations across multiple HOA communities, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality service.

Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and implement effective solutions promptly.

Supervise maintenance projects, improvement initiatives, and construction projects to ensure timely, within-budget completion.

Customer & Board Relations

Build and maintain positive relationships with community board members, residents, and vendors.

Serve as the primary liaison addressing resident inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring rapid and satisfactory issue resolution.

Facilitate welcoming and onboarding processes for new residents, promoting community engagement and satisfaction.

Administration & Compliance

Maintain accurate and detailed records in Assembly’s digital platform, including meeting minutes, management reports, and work orders.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including familiarity with Davis-Stirling Act guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of direct HOA management experience.

CMCA certification preferred; AMS certification is a strong plus.

Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with California HOA regulations (Davis-Stirling) is highly desirable.

Proficiency with digital management platforms and comfort with technology solutions.

Location & Work Environment

This role is based on-site in our Glendale office, requiring regular presence (minimum 4 days per week).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range of $65,000 – $80,000 annually.
