Salary:
$85,000 - $100,000 annually
COOKFOX Architects is seeking a passionate and proactive Intermediate Architect with excellent design skills, a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, and a strong working knowledge of Revit.
Some multi‑family residential experience is preferred. Candidates should thrive in a collaborative studio environment and be enthusiastic about environmental sustainability and social equity.
Candidate Qualifications
6 or more years of professional experience (post‑grad), multi‑family residential projects a plus
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Strong design background with the ability to develop architectural design concepts
Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax a plus
Comfortable in all project phases, with knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
Management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor architectural staff
Experience in working with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors
Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, collaborative, with desire to work in a fast‑paced environment
