We are seeking a strategic and data-driven
Product Analytics Lead
to guide analytics initiatives that support product development, optimization, and long-term growth. This role will play a key part in transforming product data into actionable insights that influence product strategy, user experience improvements, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. Lead the development and execution of product analytics strategies to support product lifecycle decisions.
Analyze product usage data to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that provide insights into product performance.
Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product changes and new feature launches.
Build and maintain data models and pipelines that enable efficient product data analysis.
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Mentor and guide junior analysts and data scientists while promoting best practices in analytics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or data science roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python or R.
Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
Proven experience designing experiments and analyzing A/B tests.
Strong understanding of product metrics, user engagement analytics, and growth strategies.
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within SaaS, technology, or digital product environments.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Experience building data pipelines or working with data engineering teams.
Experience leading analytics initiatives or managing analytics teams.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary:
$120,000 – $165,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
