What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through telephone and virtual meetings to promote assigned client products
Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, educating them on product features, benefits, and safety profiles
Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
Create and implement business plans to achieve sales goals and meet client objectives
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including call activity and follow-up actions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in life science or related sales
Proven track record of consistent sales success
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or related fields
Familiarity with digital meeting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong rapport-building and active listening skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as necessary
