What You'll Do We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to track and manage orders, verify pricing, work with Logistics, monitor accounts receivable, process RMAs, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed. You will also support Sales Representatives, HQ, and customers – answering questions and helping resolve issues.
Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department.
Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
Manage sample requests.
Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
Prepare and provide reports to management.

Onsite at our Bellevue, WA office with flexibility for remote work each month.

What You Bring
BA degree or related experience in Sales or Sales Operations.
2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations/order management.
A working knowledge of international logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience with SAP ERP preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

What We Offer The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
Hourly Base Pay Rate: $72,000 — $92,000 USD
