Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to track and manage orders, verify pricing, work with Logistics, monitor accounts receivable, process RMAs, sample requests, and create invoices for certain accounts as needed. The role also supports Sales Representatives, HQ, and customers by answering questions and helping resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, and working with the warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently.

Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.

Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.

Manage sample requests.

Create, enter, and invoice customer orders through SAP.

Prepare and provide reports to management.

Location : Onsite at our Bellevue, WA office with flexibility for remote work each month.

Reports to : Sr Mgr, Sales Operations

Qualifications

BA degree or related experience in Sales or Sales Operations.

2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations/order management.

A working knowledge of international logistics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Experience with SAP ERP preferred.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Compensation

$72,000 - $92,000 USD
