
Graphic Design Coordinator

Bounce Curl is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Design Coordinator to support the production of visually compelling assets across digital, print, packaging, and event materials. In this role, you will work closely with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Team to help bring Bounce Curl’s brand identity to life while ensuring projects are executed accurately and on schedule.
This is a hybrid position with in-office days required. Applicants should be prepared to share a portfolio early in the interview process, showcasing examples of design work and creative range.
What You’ll Do Assist the Graphic Designer in creating visual assets for email campaigns, website graphics, social media, and marketing collateral. Prepare layouts, resize graphics, and update templates for digital and print deliverables. Create and resize social media graphics for promotions, announcements, and marketing campaigns. Support the design of paid social ads, digital advertising, print materials, and out-of-home advertising. Assist with event and tradeshow materials, including banners, displays, booth graphics, and promotional items. Help update product labels, packaging files, and concept mockups. Generate website graphics, including Shopify banners, callouts, and product page visuals. Edit and retouch product and model photography as directed. Maintain organized digital asset libraries, including fonts, images, packaging files, dielines, and brand assets. Prepare production-ready files for vendors and printers while following specifications and printing guidelines. Upload and organize deliverables in Asana and help track project timelines and deadlines. Research design trends and competitor visuals to support creative development.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field. 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in a creative or graphic design role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools. Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills within a team setting. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
Bonus If You Have Experience supporting beauty, lifestyle, or consumer product brands. Experience preparing print-ready files and working with packaging dielines or vendor specifications. Experience creating event or tradeshow graphics. Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce website graphics.
