Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Construction Superintendent, based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day operations on construction sites, enforce safety protocols, manage budgets, and ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Responsibilities also include coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
Exceptional Organization Skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with healthcare facility construction is preferred
Relevant certifications in construction safety or project management are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable
