Sales Account Executive

AMS is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional looking to grow with our team. This self-starting individual must be highly motivated, ready to learn, and willing to follow our mission of: exceeding expectations in providing high-value technology solutions. Industry experience is not required but is a plus. Your primary goal will be to engage with as many potential clients as possible and increase brand awareness, with the expectation of finding qualified leads and coordinating discovery (in-person or virtual) meetings. The other half of your time will be spent working closely with the Director of Business Development, Design Engineers, and Project Managers to develop accurate scopes and budgets to present to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Follow the AMS Process, Mission, and Core Values daily

Properly field and maintain sales opportunities and record CRM activities

Communication with project and service Teams

Actively participate in local/community engagement

Estimate time and materials for needed projects

Deliver and follow up on estimates and opportunities daily

Attend monthly team meetings and technical training

Maintain punctual and consistent attendance

Valid Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record

Able to drive vehicle to and from work sites

Communicate and coordinate with other trades as needed

Travel to various job sites, meetings, and industry events as required

Assist with client training as needed

Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of 2 years of sales, business development, or leadership experience

Formal education in audiovisual, electronics, or related fields is a plus
