Salary:
$65k-$75k base salary + uncapped commission ($100k+ OTE) and full benefits package
Job Summary Our client is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand customer relationships within the homebuilding industry. This role focuses on selling supply chain management software solutions to small and mid-sized homebuilders and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
The ideal candidate is an energetic sales professional who is comfortable making outbound calls, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong client relationships. This position offers a fast-paced sales environment with short sales cycles and strong opportunities for career growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns
Conduct product demonstrations and present software solutions to potential customers
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting for new business
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
