What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive topline results by developing and implementing sales initiatives for assigned hotels
Support the adoption of programs and strategies to enhance hotel revenue
Create individualized strategic roadmaps for franchisees and hotel associates
Establish bi-weekly communication touchpoints to guide franchise locations
Travel to franchise locations as needed (10% travel requirement)
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in a mid-scale hotel
Strong project, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Sales and Revenue Management Tools, such as Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Multi-property experience with franchise mid-scale hotels or management companies
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Capability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote setting
