Laughland is looking for a
Marketing Intern who lives and breathes social media and influencer culture . This is
not a typical internship . You’ll work directly with the founders and creative leadership to build real campaigns, collaborate with creators, and help shape the voice of a fast-growing beauty brand. You’ll have
ownership, budget, and the ability to launch marketing ideas from concept to execution.
If you’re obsessed with TikTok, understand why certain ads convert, and constantly think about how brands should show up online — this role is for you. Responsibilities
You’ll be working closely with our
CEO, Lead Creative Strategist, and Social Team
to support and launch marketing initiatives. Creating
creative briefs for content creators and influencers Sourcing and recruiting influencers
to collaborate with the brand Managing
relationships with existing creators and community members Contributing to
social media strategy and campaign planning Analyzing
consumer behavior and ad performance You’ll also have the opportunity to
concept and launch your own advertising campaigns
with a budget to test ideas. Who We're Looking For
Extremely
savvy with social media and influencer culture Deeply familiar with
TikTok, Instagram, and emerging video trends Able to analyze
why consumers buy and how messaging influences decisions Passionate about
beauty, wellness, and consumer brands Excited to
experiment with marketing ideas and test creative concepts Self-driven and comfortable
owning projects from idea to execution Current university students with an expected
graduation date of 2026
