This internship is designed for storytellers, content strategists, digital creators, and brand ambassadors who want to grow their personal brand while contributing to mission‑driven media that empowers creators, athletes, and communities.
As an Influencer Marketing & Digital Creator Intern , you’ll develop content across multiple platforms—TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, blogs, and more—while learning how to shape narratives, engage audiences, and collaborate with creative teams. You’ll gain hands‑on experience building campaigns, developing brand partnerships, and using AI‑enhanced tools to elevate your storytelling.
Develop and execute content ideas across video, audio, social, and written formats
Produce content for UEV’s creator‑centered initiatives and partner brands across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, long‑form video, and podcast segments
Collaborate with creative and production teams to design high‑engagement posts, graphics, scripts, and storytelling assets
Support content pipelines that amplify creators, athletes, and entertainment‑driven projects
Platform Growth & Audience Engagement
Learn strategies for growing followers, boosting engagement, and analyzing reach across platforms
Monitor trends, hashtags, and content styles to maintain relevance and consistency
Support community engagement and help build authentic creator‑audience relationships
Contribute to audience insights that inform digital strategy
Influencer Campaigns & Brand Partnerships
Assist in planning and launching influencer campaigns for UEV programs and partner initiatives
Research emerging creators and support collaborations, giveaways, cross‑promotions, and partnership outreach
Work with PR and strategy teams to align influencer content with broader brand messaging
Help strengthen UEV’s creator and athlete partnership ecosystem
Media Integration & Analytics
Collaborate with video, podcast, editorial, and social teams to amplify content across channels
Track analytics, performance metrics, and engagement data to refine strategy
Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Support data‑driven decision‑making for digital storytelling and brand growth
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, PR, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields
Strong interest in building a personal or professional brand as a creator or strategist
Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or audio production are a plus
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, and AI‑assisted social tools
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Highly creative, self‑motivated, and comfortable working across teams and timelines
