Customer Service / Member Services Representative.

Summary We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience with customer service. Client is looking for candidates who has experience with call center – taking inbound calls, making outbound calls.

Required Qualification

2+ years of Customer Service experience

Experience with call centers - taking inbound calls, making outbound calls.

Member Services experience - making calls to the members explaining pharmacy care benefits.

Proficiency in basic working on Computers/phone.

Experience with MS Office

Job Responsibilities

Providing customer service; Inbound Call center experience; making calls to the members explaining pharmacy care benefits.

Resolve member issues of all types (RX, PCP, Benefits, Eligibility).

Experience working with employee-based accounts – group accounts.

Targeted experience
