
Property Manager

Partnership Property Management is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple residential communities. This role combines on-site responsibilities with remote administrative work to ensure efficient property performance, strong resident relations and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Travel on a regular basis to visit assigned territory and site staff.
Maintain day to day property operations for assigned communities through high communication with site staff.
Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process
Oversee the billing process including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds
Monitor cash flow and cash requirements in conjunction with Senior Manager to ensure efficient use of cash
Perform regular property inspections with staff and State Programs
Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
Support occupancy goals and uphold property appearance and safety standards.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Possess real estate license or willing to work towards one
Strong knowledge of finance and building operations

Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
