A growing organization in the

outdoor lifestyle and home improvement industry

is seeking a

Sales Coordinator

to support its sales team and leadership. This role will focus on

Salesforce CRM management, pipeline tracking, reporting, and improving internal sales processes

to help the team operate more efficiently as the organization continues to grow.

The ideal candidate will serve as a

Salesforce power user and internal resource , ensuring pipeline data remains accurate while developing dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into sales performance. This person will also work closely with the sales team to help move opportunities through the pipeline, resolve issues, and support smooth coordination throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage

Salesforce CRM data accuracy

and overall pipeline tracking

Build and improve

dashboards, reports, and workflows

to increase visibility into sales activity and performance

Monitor sales pipeline activity and assist with moving opportunities through each stage of the sales process

Partner with leadership to develop and refine

scalable sales support processes

Track and report on

sales KPIs , including lead flow, pipeline movement, and order activity

Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and sales leadership to ensure smooth hand offs between teams

Assist with troubleshooting customer or order issues and help manage escalations when needed

Qualifications

5+ years of experience

in sales operations, sales coordination, business operations, or a similar support role

Strong experience using

Salesforce or similar CRM systems , including dashboards and reporting tools

Advanced proficiency with

Microsoft 365 and data analysis tools

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support sales teams and leadership

Preferred Experience

Experience in a

high-growth or operationally complex environment

Background in

manufacturing, construction, or product-based industries

Experience supporting

pipeline development, lead tracking, or qualification processes

This is a
