We are partnering with a client that is well-established within the Architecture & Construction space looking for a seasoned Sales Coordinator. This is a newly created, growth centered role designed to work closely with the VP of Sales, taking charge of the whole Salesforce ecosystem.

The Mission Your goal is to eliminate operational friction. You will own the data, refine the dashboards, and coach the sales team to ensure our $3M+ per-person sales funnels move with 95% accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Modify and refine Salesforce.com dashboards, building basic workflows for stage advancement and approval gate processes.

Develop and present scalable sales support processes that allow for high-volume funnel processing.

Act as the "owner" of all CRM data, ensuring error-proofing at the point of entry and maintaining a 95% accuracy rate on key pipeline dates.

Monitor individual team member performance, coaching them on effectively moving prospects through the sales process to maintain a 30% conversion rate.

Act as the bridge between the outside sales team, marketing, and technical support to manage complex sales and escalations.

Qualifications

Ability to function seamlessly within the Salesforce.com infrastructure. Must be a "Power User" capable of building reports, dashboards, and basic workflows from scratch.

5-6+ years in sales administration, sales operations, or a supportive business operations function.

Proven ability to translate raw data into clear observations and suggested corrective actions.

Must be comfortable commuting to Foxborough 5 days a week

Experience in manufacturing, architecture, or high-growth retail environments is strongly preferred.
