Utilize a customer-centric approach to assess customer requirements and provide them with comprehensive knowledge about insurance choices. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, elgibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Work with the team to meet office goals and objectives Collaborate with the agent to create and accomplish marketing objectives. Generate leads, set appointments, identify customer needs, and market relevant products and services. Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic and unwavering commitment to achieving success consistently. Qualifications

Demonstrated interest in effectively marketing products and services based on customer needs. Possesses exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities. Ability to resolve complex customer issues Capable of delivering presentations to potential and existing customers. Capable of executing a comprehensive and detailed business plan. People Oriented Skilled at explaining complex financial matters in a clear and understandable manner. Must possess or be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license. Must possess or be able to obtain a Life and Health license. Salary + Benefits - $40,000 - $60,000 + unlimited commissions
