About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced L10 Account Manager to join our Sell Side Account Management Team at S&P Global, based in New York. The role involves managing relationships with East Coast sell side clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving the growth of our services within this segment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in capital markets, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.

Responsibilities And Impact
Develop and maintain strong relationships with East Coast sell side clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements and enhance their experience with S&P Global.
Identify opportunities for account growth and work proactively to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments, presenting findings to clients and internal teams.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing S&P Global's value proposition and solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
Meet frequently with clients in-person on the East Coast.
Compensation & Benefits Anticipated base salary range: $70,817 to $88,500 (based on geographic location and experience). Eligible for annual incentive plan and full S&P Global benefits package. For more information on benefits, visit the benefits summary page.
Basic Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of sell‑side operations, products, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
