What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct daily production work related to processing bookings with high quality and accuracy
Handle reservations, revisions, cancellations, and all aspects of bookings using the reservation system
Provide exceptional guest service through various communication channels
Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals through upselling and value addition
What is Required (Qualifications):
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally with professionalism and confidence
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-starter with excellent task management skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
Familiarity with travel industry software or systems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Previous experience in a remote work environment
Knowledge of travel destinations and cruise products
