Reservationist - Hilton Daytona Beach (Full Time)

A Reservationist at the Hilton Daytona Beach handles individual guest and group bookings, modifications, and cancellations, acting as a primary point of contact. Duties include processing reservations, handling phone inquiries, managing group room blocks, and utilizing electronic systems to ensure accurate booking records. The starting wage for this role is $18.00 per hour Key Responsibilities
Reservation Management:
Processing and managing hotel room reservations, cancellations, and changes. Customer Service:
Acting as a primary contact for guests, providing information regarding hotel amenities, handling inquiries and guest requests. System Proficiency:
Utilizing electronic reservation systems for tracking availability. Group Coordination:
Managing group bookings, ensuring accurate rooming lists, and arranging special requests. Working with Sales Managers and Convention Services on key accounts. Required Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years as a hotel reservationist or working in a call center environment is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and communicate as part of a team. Courteous and professional telephone manners.
