Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Stevens Point, WI
Overview Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support agents and provide excellent service to individual and group clients. This role involves managing client accounts, handling policy renewals, quoting coverage options, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare submissions and market new and renewal business to insurance carriers.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve service issues.
Quote, analyze, and recommend coverage options.
Manage policy renewals and prepare proposals, summaries, and schedules.
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Serve as liaison between clients, agents, and carriers to resolve issues.
Support agents with presentations and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Qualifications
3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
Knowledge of insurance products, quoting, rating, and underwriting processes.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and agency management tools.
Valid Wisconsin driver's license and Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
