We are seeking an experienced and mission-aligned Business Development Advisor to help accelerate the club’s revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term expansion strategy. This advisor will work closely with executive leadership to identify, cultivate, and structure high-impact opportunities that strengthen both the business and the mission of Chicago House AC.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on overall business development strategy aligned with club growth objectives

Identify and prioritize new revenue streams including sponsorships, partnerships, ticketing initiatives, merchandising, and special events

Provide guidance on pricing strategies and revenue optimization

Strategic Partnerships

Leverage professional networks to introduce potential sponsors, corporate partners, and community collaborators

Support the development of partnership proposals and activation strategies

Advise on structuring long-term, mutually beneficial agreements

Market Expansion & Positioning

Assess growth opportunities within Chicago and broader markets

Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and cross-promotional initiatives

Provide insight on competitive positioning within the local and regional sports ecosystem

Capital & Investment Support

Advise on investor outreach and capital strategy in collaboration with leadership

Support preparation of pitch materials and financial narratives for potential stakeholders

Evaluate strategic opportunities that align with long-term sustainability and scale

Performance & Accountability

Help define KPIs and revenue benchmarks to measure business development success

Provide ongoing strategic feedback to refine approach and maximize impact

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in business development, partnership strategy, corporate sales, or growth leadership

Experience working in sports, entertainment, media, startups, or mission-driven organizations preferred

Proven track record of securing partnerships or driving revenue growth

Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify scalable opportunities

Passion for soccer, Chicago culture, and community impact initiatives
