Beedash delivers technology and digital commerce solutions for B2B distributors and manufacturers. As our clients modernize their digital presence and revenue operations, Beedash is expanding how we support them with scalable, measurable marketing systems. We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator who can run core marketing execution, improve processes, and support revenue by helping package and sell marketing services to our customers. This role blends creative, operational, and client-facing work. About You
You’re equal parts creator and operator. You’re highly competent in
HubSpot
and can manage marketing workflows, segmentation, emails, and reporting without hand-holding. You can create polished, on‑brand marketing materials in
Adobe Creative Suite . You understand
SEO and SEMrush
and can use those tools to create clear recommendations and measurable improvements. You’re comfortable speaking with customers, presenting results, and helping them choose the right marketing package for their goals. You use AI tools to accelerate output and improve quality—while keeping messaging accurate and on‑brand. You take ownership, build repeatable systems, and care about outcomes. Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot Marketing Operations (Required)
Own day‑to‑day execution in HubSpot, including: Email builds, segmentation, lists, workflows, and lifecycle stages Campaign tracking and reporting dashboards CRM data hygiene and lead handoff support Improve marketing automation to reduce manual work and increase lead conversion Build repeatable internal processes for campaign execution and reporting 2. Creative & Design Production (Required — Adobe Preferred)
Design and produce customer‑facing and internal marketing assets, including: One‑pagers and service sheets Conference/event materials Social graphics and digital campaign creative Branded templates for faster production Maintain brand consistency across Beedash channels and customer deliverables Collaborate with leadership to evolve Beedash positioning and service packaging 3. SEMrush & SEO Management (Required for Beedash + Customers)
Manage SEMrush for Beedash marketing and for assigned customers, including: Site audits, technical issue tracking, and prioritization Keyword research, opportunity identification, and content recommendations Competitor analysis and visibility tracking Rank tracking, reporting, and performance summaries Translate SEMrush insights into clear, prioritized recommendations that customers can understand Coordinate execution of SEO‑related improvements internally and/or with customers Help package, position, and
sell marketing service offerings
to customers (examples may include SEO support, content packages, email marketing, paid campaigns, reporting bundles) Participate in customer calls to: Discover goals and constraints Present performance findings and opportunities Recommend the appropriate marketing package Support proposal creation and follow‑through to close Partner with internal teams to ensure what’s sold is clearly scoped and successfully delivered Track basic pipeline activity and outcomes (what’s proposed, what closes, why/why not) 5. AI‑Enabled Marketing Execution & Process Improvement
Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) to accelerate: Content drafts and variations SEO outlines and meta descriptions Campaign ideation and messaging refinement Reporting summaries and internal documentation Build reusable workflows: prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, checklists Identify automation opportunities that improve speed, quality, and consistency Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (agency or in‑house) HubSpot experience is a must
(emails, workflows, segmentation, reporting) Design experience is required
(Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) SEMrush experience required
(managing projects, audits, keywords, reporting) Comfort working with customers directly (calls, presentations, follow‑ups) Ability to support consultative conversations and help customers select service packages Strong writing skills and attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects with clear prioritization and ownership Preferred Qualifications
SEO execution experience beyond tools (on‑page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO basics) Basic HTML for email/content formatting and simple edits (preferred) Experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) Experience producing proposals or scopes of work for marketing services Application Requirements
