The Analyst, Email Marketing Operations oversees and executes complex daily email marketing campaigns seen by tens of millions of customers. This analyst will be working closely with local and overseas teams to ensure flawless execution & operational excellence. Your Impact Serves as the Email Operations lead for daily email campaign execution, including: Performing quality assurance testing Addressing all partner feedback Coordinating audience updates with campaign operations team Troubleshooting issues, inclusive of platform issues and experience discrepancies Finalizing and activating all campaigns Validating live seed deployments, and actioning on urgent changes Maintains close partnerships with the Email Planning, Strategy, and Data teams to execute all campaigns, hitting the intended strategy and results Constantly communicates with the Email Operations team in India to coordinate workstreams and transfer knowledge Provides detailed direction to the Production team in India to ensure flawless assembly of individual content assets Completes assigned tickets specific to daily campaigns, constantly monitoring workboards Performs daily load-time audits and shares monthly reports to identify opportunities for improvement Facilitates Daily Check-in meetings to validate data & content information is accurately being delivered to the overnight production team Validates all Content Request Forms (CRF's) are submitted to overnight production teams Reviews weekly creative distributions, submits feedback, and identifies production gaps to close before final assembly begins Represents the Email Operations team in cross-functional meetings, actively listening to topics and contributing when necessary disseminating relevant information to appropriate partners Keeps all stakeholders aware of email-related milestones Identifies new work requests and translates them into actionable & time-based JIRA tickets Manages relevant internal distribution lists Assists with Email Trigger tickets as assigned Performs ad-hoc requests as needed Provides analysis of operations performance to support business decisions Minimum Salary: $67,700.00 Maximum Salary: $88,830.00 VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown.
