Job Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy across the Stivala Group portfolio in Malta. This role oversees brand positioning, campaign planning, digital performance, content, social media, partnerships, and on‑property activations for multiple business units, with a strong focus on commercial results, brand consistency, and lead generation.
The role requires a hands‑on, commercially minded marketing leader who can manage multiple brands at the same time, balance strategy with execution, and ensure all marketing activity supports revenue growth, occupancy, direct bookings, leasing/sales enquiries (for property), and overall brand reputation.
Qualifications Experience
Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or multi‑brand environments
Experience managing multiple brands or properties at the same time
Strong digital marketing and content marketing experience
Experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Experience in a commercially driven role where marketing performance is measured against business results
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of revenue‑focused marketing
Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Strong visual sense and brand awareness
Data‑driven decision‑making and reporting capability
Confident working across digital tools, social media platforms, website CMS, and analytics tools
