This full-time, on-site position is based in Chanhassen, MN. The Sales Account Executive of Engagement will oversee lead generation, establish and maintain long-term client relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and growth. Strong organizational skills, a drive to meet and exceed targets, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders are required. Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Manage existing accounts and coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive growth. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; maintain organized records. Qualifications

Experience in recognition/incentives environment is highly desired. Proven experience in lead generation and account management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales tracking software is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Benefits
