A.Team is still under the radar but we've had the chance to go to market right away and experience rapid growth. As we embark on the journey to come out of stealth and introduce ourselves to the market, we're looking for an experienced B2B Content Writer to help us tell A.Team's client stories.

As we embark on a journey to build the first ever on-demand team formation platform where companies come to solve their every tech need, we need to capture their experience along the way. To do this, we need a talented writer to work with us and our clients to tell their stories of daring innovation.
As we remain in stealth, our case studies and testimonials are crucial in building our brand and trust with potential clients.
Who we are: A.Team is a VC‑backed early‑stage startup building the world’s first on‑demand team formation platform, assembling high‑performing, expert product tech teams instantly. A.Team enables the formation of “cloud‑based teams” powered by its Team Graph, mapping work experience of a fast‑growing curated network of 3,000+ top product builders—across product management, design, engineering, and data science—who left tech giants and rigid corporate structures to team up with their peers to build tech that matters.

You will:
Write case studies, telling the incredible stories of A.Team clients’ daring innovation.
Work with the Product Marketing & Customer Success teams to prioritize case studies.
Help create a scalable system for building case studies: compiling relevant information, interviewing clients, templating case study structures, executing (write, design, develop).
Write thoughtful questions for client interviews.
Join client calls to gain rapport and context about the missions.
Review case studies with clients to get feedback, implement revisions, and obtain final approval to publish.
About you:
B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field.
4+ years of experience in content writing, journalism, or a similar role.
Portfolio of published B2B writing samples.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to work cross‑collaboratively with team members to ensure client stories are in‑line with company voice and client expectations.
Experience interviewing tech executives/founders.

Raphael Ouzan, Founder & CEO

With a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development, Raphael began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and repeat founder—a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. And so A.Team was born—born in the wake of the COVID‑19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on‑demand teams.
Kobi Masri, Founder & COO
has a background in data and software engineering and was previously a consultant at McKinsey where he led TMT engagements in strategy and corporate finance, AI/ML and automation. His passion lies in creating systematic processes that empower automation and lead to world‑class team formation.
